We Just Made Substack's Top 100 in Health & Wellness
A HUGE Win for Complex PTSD Awareness — and the Survivors Doing the Work
Less than a month ago, I started sharing on Substack.
Now?
We’re in the Top 100!
I’m honestly still taking it in.
For years, Complex PTSD Warrior has grown a global following on Facebook — supporting Complex PTSD survivors in over 60 countries.
But I knew we needed something more stable.
We needed a space that felt more reliable…
Somewhere we could continue to spread awareness, offer trauma-informed education, and support in a consistent, grounded way.
Substack became a way to expand what we were already doing —
and offer a quieter, more intentional space to go deeper.
I was hopeful it would resonate.
But this?
This is more than I imagined!
And it makes me so happy —
because it means people are ready.
Ready to learn.
Ready to heal.
Ready to feel seen in ways they may never have been before.
And…
People are paying attention.
To the real effects of trauma.
To nervous system healing.
To the daily work it takes to feel safe in your own body again.
It’s proof that this kind of support is needed.
And it’s happening because of YOU!
To everyone who’s read, subscribed, shared, or simply felt seen — thank you.
You helped make this possible.
Stay close - we’re just getting started.
And thank you! We’re so incredibly grateful you're here.
