Yes — and the fact that you’re recognizing it is huge. Slowing down isn’t easy, especially when our nervous system has been wired for urgency or pressure for so long. But learning to pause, even just a little, is one of the most healing things we can do.❤️

It’s such a common part of early healing — thinking if we just try harder we’ll finally feel better. But your awareness of it now is such a powerful shift already.❤️

Really important reminders to go slowly and to notice how your mind and body are responding with curiosity rather than criticism and judgement. Thank you 🙏😊

I’m so glad this resonated with you — and yes, that reminder to be curious instead of critical is everything. It’s such a powerful shift, especially when slowing down feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Thank you for reflecting this back so beautifully. 🩷🌸

It takes so much self-trust to slow down — especially when everything in us is telling us to do more.

Great job listening to what your body needs 🌿

Such great info! When you begin learning about healing it’s so easy to want to jump in and do everything all at once and get completely overwhelmed.

Yes! 🙌 This is so common at the beginning… we finally have language for what we’ve been feeling, and it’s like opening the floodgates. The urge to fix everything right away is so real — but our nervous systems can’t rush safety.❤️‍🩹

Honestly? Same. That’s exactly why I wrote it — because I lived all of those mistakes too. 😅 The truth is, they weren’t failures — they were survival responses. You’re definitely not alone in this, and just recognizing them is a huge part of the healing shift. 🩷
